Probably a good Freezer - Terrible Packaging & Delivery

Well, I hate to write this review in Amazon because I LOVE amazon. I buy here a lot and 99% of the times I'm 100% happy. I hardly leave feedback, unless an item "needs" it.
The good - the freezer
This freezer is exactly what we needed:
Small in size - will fit under almost any counter or extend your counter for additional surface.
Has drawers - you cannot underestimate that wonderful accessibility to your frozen stuff.
White - I hate these black appliances :)
The Bad - Packaging and shipping:
It is not related to the freezer quality (I will update my feedback in few months) but:
I received the first freezer three days ago. Fedex left it in front of my door. While looking at the box, I noticed few holes in the (Avanti's original - not amazon's) carton.
I opened the box carefully and discover few dents on the side of the freezer. In addition, the freezer couldn't hold itself straight, it was rocking like a seesaw. I opened the freezer door and one (plastic) drawer was broken.
I called Amazon (who fulfilled the item). Amazon offered 20% refund if I'll keep the item or a full refund and a free return shipping. I said I needed the freezer, so they offered me to buy it again and they will give me free one day shipping for the new freezer.
I agreed.
BTW, the box was wrapped with white plastic stripes. When you cut those stripes, the bottom part detaches from the rest of the box.
Today, the new freezer was waiting for me again. FedEx delivery again. A hole in the box again. Two dents on the side of the freezer.
When I opened the box I've also found that a small piece was broken out of the a hard Styrofoam that protects the inner pipes.
Called Amazon again.
I settled for the 20% discount although I should have returned it. I needed the freezer for this weekend and I couldn't find it anywhere else (offline).
I might have returned if I had known for certain that on the third time it will arrive in a "new" condition (this is why I gave it this only two stars - think carefully if you would like to have the same experience as me with this freezer).
I think FedEx is also to blame for this fiasco. They were careless. no doubt about that. It never happened to me with UPS (and I bought MANY MANY appliances and stuff online), but happened before with FedEx.
I will keep you updated about how it functioning - I had to take some steam out.

I raised the stars to 3. after the comment I recieved.
1 star down for the shipping and packaging.
1 star down because it is noisy. It could be due to the fact that my freezer has some dents from the delivery (other people say that it is quiet).
More points:
-The bottom drawer do not freeze as well as the top three drawers (use level 5 and not 3-4 as recommended).
-it fits perfectly under the counter - great addition to any kitchen.
- Drawers are great. it is extremly easy to access your frozen foods.
- I've just notices that it is not the same seller that I bought from (it used to be a different one and it was fullfiled by Amazon) so maybe you will have a different experience with the shipping.
