Great toner, great company! After my first toner arrived, I noticed that the print was very light. I contacted the company and they promptly sent me another one along with a postage paid return label for the defective one. The new one works great!

This is my second cartridge, the first one lasted much longer than the original Canon, we do a lot of prints at a higher than average coverage, we still got close to 2000 pages of high quality prints.
This is an excellent cartridge at a fraction of the price.
