not as durable as the old ones

I had several of the the old Real Estate Master IIX that myself and 3 guys that worked for me had for almost 8 years before they gave out. I am in the Mortgage business so they got EXTENSIVE use. At the beginning of last year the last one finally conched out (all three lasted over 6 years) and I bought three new IIIFX. Two have already died and the third is having issues. The functionality is awesome on the calculators. Just wish they made them like they used to. In my business even if you had to buy a new one every year it is still worth it for the ease of use.

Keys are solid and easy to see. If you are in real estate sales, calculator does exactly what you need it to do in simple fashion, no more, no less. I would highly recommend this calculator and use it regularly. If you are in commercial real estate or are a mortgage lender, you might want to upgrade to higher functionality within this product line.

CI 3405 Finance Calculator

I'm selling my home and am buying another and got this to calculate payments, interest, etc. Gives me the feeling of not being so much at the mercy of the sharks, enabling me to follow along with their number crunching. It's reasonably easy to learn the format, it fits in my pocket, is easy to read, has a hard, compact protective case that doubles as a handy-dandy operations guide. It's worked out well. I'm happy.
